In this 3 day workshop the participants will explore different tools and techniques to boost their customer satisfaction and improve their own performance. Without exceptional customer service it is almost impossible to sustain in today’s competitive business world, customer service skills is the backbone of any sales professional career success. Learning and training will be facilitated through a variety of learning activities including group work, presentations, case studies and discussion. Our approach is to have interactive learning sessions, where all participants have the opportunity to take part in discussion, share experience and ask questions.
